Encke Wallet is moving into a mobile app.

The web wallet is being retired while the Cordova-based app is prepared in the repository's /app directory. Local encrypted vault storage and mobile-first wallet flows are now being built there.

Price snapshots will continue to be served here for the mobile client while the app migration is completed.
